David Nikuradze

The founder, CEO and a Managing Partner. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Honors) from Georgian Technical University (1992) and a Degree in Construction Management from the Institute of Design and Construction, Brooklyn (1997). David Nikuradze has contributed to and led major initiatives connected to landmark projects such as the Whitehall Ferry Terminal in New York, Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi, The Crescent in Baku, 40 Mercer Street, 610 Lexington Avenue, and the Bloomberg Tower in New York.
He also held senior leadership and project-delivery positions at AECOM across Abu Dhabi, Baku, and Tbilisi (2008–2018) - culminating as Regional Director; earlier, he served in New York–based roles with SLCE, TAMS/Earth Tech, Meridian Design Associates, and FGAPC, managing high-profile commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
Experienced in program and project leadership, construction management, procurement, cost and project management, design coordination, tendering, and site supervision, he is recognized for building high-performance teams and steering complex projects from concept through delivery.

Ucha Uchava

Ucha joined Spectrum Architecture in 2021 as an Architect. He has contributed to projects including the Rain Tower in Batumi and a Wine Factory development, combining architectural design with urban-scale planning.
He previously directed Ucha Uchava Architectural Agency in Tbilisi (2015–2021) and worked as Chief Assistant Architect at Bernard Tubia Architectural Studio in Paris. His international experience also includes roles as a Shading Artist with Renderthat GmbH in Berlin and as a Graphic Designer in France. Earlier in his career, he worked on freelance design projects and contributed to various architectural studios across Georgia and Europe.
Ucha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Tbilisi State Academy of Arts (2007). He has completed additional training in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, multimedia, and photography in France and Ukraine. He brings a multidisciplinary perspective that merges technical precision with artistic creativity.

Since 2019, Anano Kurdadze has been working with Spectrum Architecture as an Architect, contributing to projects such as the NEXT Collection (Batumi), Hilton Apartments (Batumi), Radisson Collection (Sochi), and Ocean View Residence (Australia).
She previously gained experience with Rooms (2016–2018) and Axis (2015–2016), where she focused on residential and commercial developments in Tbilisi. With over 8 years of experience, she specializes in architectural and interior design, project management, and construction documentation.

She gained extensive professional experience with AECOM Georgia (2015–2018) as a Lead Architect and Design Manager on landmark hospitality and urban projects including Le Meridien Batumi, Radisson Tsinandali, and Sheraton Metekhi Palace refurbishment. She has also served as Project Coordinator and Design Lead Manager with Redco (2020–2021) on Bamboo Beach Tsikhisdziri and Radisson Gudauri, and with ILF Consulting Engineers (2021–2022) on major residential complexes in Tbilisi. Experienced in hospitality, mixed-use, and residential developments, she specializes in project coordination, risk and quality management, and multidisciplinary design leadership.

Aleksandre gained experience as Lead Architect and BIM Manager with STATEYA LLC and York Towers, focusing on urban planning, residential, and commercial developments. With over 8 years of experience in BIM, parametric design, and interior design, Aleksandre specializes in digital workflows, construction coordination, and master planning.

Before joining SPECTRUM, he built extensive professional experience in Moscow, serving as a Leading Architect at MOSPROMPROEKT (2015–2022), where he worked on station complexes and public buildings, and as a Senior Architect at MOSINZHPROEKT (2012–2015), focusing on transport hubs, residential and metro facilities. Earlier, he was an Architect at Carlson PPF (2007–2012), where he developed architectural and urban planning concepts for public buildings and structures.
Dmitrii holds a Specialist Diploma in Architecture from MARCHI (State Academy), Moscow (2011), a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from MARCHI (2009), and a technician qualification in Architecture from KAMS No. 17 (2007). Liza joined Spectrum Architecture in 2023 as a Junior Architect. She has been involved in projects such as the Next Group Dubai developments, including the One-Bedroom Apartment, Lobby & Lounge, as well as Gonio Next residential projects in Georgia.
Her role includes supporting design development, preparing preliminary sketches and models, and assisting in construction oversight to ensure quality and compliance with design intent. A strong collaborator, she works closely with architects, engineers, and clients to advance project goals.

Maka is an Architect based in Tbilisi, with a background in architectural and interior design. She has contributed to projects involving design development and visualization, applying her technical knowledge in ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and 3ds Max to support creative and practical solutions.
She gained professional training through workshops and seminars, including the 2024 BMCC Interior Design Program, Tbilisi Architectural Week (2021), and international courses such as The London School of English (2020). Tatuli joined Spectrum Architecture in 2023 as a Junior Architect. She has contributed to residential and interior design projects, supporting concept development, technical drawings, and visualization.
Her earlier experience includes roles with New Corner and New House as an Architect and Interior Designer, where she worked on private housing and interior projects. In addition, she has pursued freelance architectural design, while also founding creative startups such as Sheni_dghiuri and Needle Handmade Georgia, where she managed branding, social media, and digital content creation.
Tatuli holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, and Design from Georgian Technical University (2018–2022). She has also completed professional training in Interior Design, Graphic Design, and Social Media Management. She brings a multidisciplinary approach that blends design expertise with entrepreneurial creativity.
Nina Atabegashvili

Nina became part of Spectrum Architecture in 2023 as an Interior Designer. She has worked on projects such as the Lisi Villa in Tbilisi and a contemporary restaurant design in Gori, where she brought a refined approach to spatial planning and material selection.
Her earlier professional journey includes positions at Numero Design Studio (2020–2022) and Apart Showroom (2017–2020), along with freelance practice and event design at Mozaika Events. Across these roles, she gained experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors, developing skills in concept design, client coordination, and detailed visualization.

Joined Spectrum Architecture in 2024 as an Architectural Content Manager. In her role, she oversees and refines visualizations, ensuring they embody the architectural vision and serve as powerful tools in marketing and communication. Alongside this, she develops architectural content that conveys each project’s cultural resonance, design philosophy, and aesthetic integrity.
Prior to joining Spectrum, she gained professional experience as an architect and designer, contributing to a variety of architectural and interior projects that strengthened her foundation in design development and creative expression. These experiences cultivated her ability to merge technical accuracy with artistic sensibility.

Sesili joined Spectrum Architecture in 2024 as a Graphic Designer. She has worked on projects such as Indigo Hotel in Riyadh and prepared visual materials including branding concepts, illustrations, and specification books like the one for Paje Beach Hotel in Zanzibar.
Her previous experience includes roles at MADMAN as a Graphic Designer, where she focused on creative campaign visuals, and at Paint Your Life as an Artist, producing custom illustrations and artworks. Skilled in digital illustration and visual storytelling, she brings creativity and precision to both print and digital media.
Sesili earned her Bachelor’s degree in Design from Tbilisi State Academy of Arts (2020–2024).
Gvanca Gloveli

Joined Spectrum Architecture as a Graphic Designer in 2024. She develops creative concepts for branding, marketing, and digital content, designing visual materials such as logos, brochures, social media assets, and presentations.
She previously worked at Digital Door (2023–2024) as a Graphic Designer, where she gained experience in branding, campaign development, and production coordination. Gvantsa combines conceptual thinking with strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and innovative design outcomes.

Before joining Spectrum, she studied Graphic and Design at IT Academy Step (2022–2024), where she developed strong expertise in digital art, motion graphics, and interface design. She brings advanced technical knowledge combined with fresh creative vision.
Her skill set spans Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and UI/UX tools, enabling her to deliver innovative, functional, and visually striking design solutions.
Soodabeh Kordi

Soodabeh joined Spectrum Architecture in 2024 as an Art Consultant and Curator. With more than 18 years of experience, she has worked across photography, painting, graphic design, and exhibition curation, contributing to creative projects that bridge art and architecture.
Her career includes curating art exhibitions in Tbilisi at the Historical Museum and “I Art” Gallery, photographing luxury accessories for brands such as Versace and Hermès in Iran, and working as an art consultant and designer with Cyan Group and Pars Aray Kouhestan.
She has also developed expertise in graphic design for magazines, branding, and specification albums for interior projects.
Soodabeh holds an MSc in Fine Art and a BSc in Scene Theater Design from Art University of Tehran, as well as a Diploma in Graphic Design from Maede University. Her skills span photography, hand sketching, costume design, and digital tools such as Photoshop and Sketch.

Joined Spectrum Architecture as Financial Director in 2019. He has overseen the financial planning and management of large-scale projects ranging from $10 million to $1.5 billion, ensuring strategic efficiency and contractual compliance.
Previously, he served as Commercial Manager at AECOM (2016–2019), where he specialized in FIDIC-based contract administration, budgeting, and tender analysis, and as Chief Accountant at Rixos Borjomi and Borjomi Likani International JSC (2014–2015). Earlier, Giorgi worked as a Property Appraiser and Audit Assistant at ATOS, collaborating on valuations and audits for banks, insurance companies, and international development projects.
He holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration (Accounting and Audit) from Tbilisi State University, along with certifications from global institutions including FIDIC, ACCA, the World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank.
Kakhi Varazashvili

Kakhi joined Spectrum Architecture bringing more than 14 years of experience in international construction management. He has served as a Cost Control Manager and IT Support Specialist on large-scale projects in Italy with a combined value exceeding 800 million GEL.
In addition to his project roles, he also worked as Branch Director during non-project periods, gaining leadership and organizational expertise. Skilled in financial planning, cost control, and project coordination. Kakhi is also proficient in IT systems, web technologies, and advanced Excel-based analytics.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Italian Philology and has further strengthened his skills through professional training in front-end web development at Skillwill Academy and IT Step Academy.
He also completed a scholarship program at the University for Foreigners of Perugia, Italy.
Tina Dvali

Tina joined Spectrum Architecture in 2024 as Administrative Manager. She oversees day-to-day operations, team coordination, and organizational processes, ensuring smooth management of the firm’s activities.
She previously served as Hotel Manager at Miravere Hotel (2022–2023), where she was responsible for operational standards, budgeting, HR management, and client relations. Before that, she spent six years with Marriott International in Tbilisi as Multi-Property Business Center Supervisor, supporting corporate culture, staff training, and guest service across three hotels. Her earlier roles include Sales Director at Baront & Rys, Senior Sales Manager at Boutique Geneva Lux, and Sales Manager at Cartier, where she specialized in retail sales, VIP client service, and brand merchandising.
Tina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University, as well as a Marketing Management Certification from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. She has completed multiple international hospitality trainings with Marriott, Cartier, and luxury watch brands.
Natia Muzashvili

With a strong background in project coordination and operations, Natia became part of Spectrum Architecture in 2024 as Operations Manager. She is responsible for overseeing project workflows, stakeholder communication, and administrative systems, ensuring efficiency across the firm’s activities.
She previously worked with SMEC International (2018–2024), where she served as Project Administrator for the Anaklia Deep Sea Port infrastructure development and as Business Development Assistant, preparing proposals, client documentation, and coordinating international project teams. Earlier, at Eptisa (2019–2020), she contributed as Project Coordinator and Interpreter for the Regional Development Project.
Natia holds a degree in Architecture from Georgian Technical University and brings expertise in project planning, risk management, and business development support. She is fluent in Georgian and English.
Mariam Shikhamirashvili

Mariam joined Spectrum Architecture in 2025 as an Administrative Assistant, supporting the firm’s operations with her extensive background in organizational management and legal administration.
Previously, she worked with the USAID-funded Rule of Law Program (2022–2025), where she provided administrative, financial, and logistical support, coordinated international expert visits, and contributed to budget monitoring and procurement activities. Her earlier roles include serving as Technical Editor at the journal Law and World (2022), Assistant to the Director at the European University Institute of Law (2021–2022), and Case Manager at Tbilisi Educational School-Lyceum “Mtsignobartukhutsesi” (2019–2021).
Mariam holds an LLM in Law from Georgian Technical University (2018–2020) and an LLB in Law from Georgian National University SEU (2014–2018). She has also completed advanced training in academic integrity and international legal studies, and is fluent in Georgian, English, Turkish, Azerbaijani, and German.
Mariam Zakareishvili

Mariam serves as Business Development Manager at Spectrum Architecture, bringing a diverse background that spans law, corporate governance, and business process management. She has extensive experience advising on international agreements, auditing organizational compliance, and leading strategic initiatives that connect legal expertise with business growth.
Before joining Spectrum, Mariam held senior roles at LLC Gorgia as Head of Business Process Audit and Legal Advisor, where she managed international supplier contracts, oversaw regulatory compliance, and directed HR initiatives. Her earlier career includes positions as Legal Consultant at Georgian Credit, Head of Legal Services at the Human Rights Center, and Senior Lawyer at IDC (a BP subcontractor in Georgia), where she gained deep expertise in legal research, advocacy, and corporate law.

Prior to SPECTRUM, he gained extensive experience as a 3D Visualizer and Shading Artist with firms such as RenderThat GmbH (Germany), Omegarender (Ukraine), Surgula Studio, and Paralel Studio, as well as working on hospitality, residential, and commercial projects across Europe, Asia, and Australia. Alongside professional practice, he also trained and mentored in architectural visualization at GeoLab and taught 3D modeling and printing at Buckswood School.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tbilisi State University (2019) and is an Autodesk Fusion 360 Certified Specialist through the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency. In January 2021, joined Spectrum Architecture as a 3D Visualizer. He has contributed to projects such as the Paje Beach Resort in Zanzibar, NEXT Collection Apartments in Green Cape, and the Yanbu Rustic Style Hotel in Saudi Arabia.
Between 2018 and 2019, he worked at Look Architect as a 3D Visualizer - working on architectural renderings, interior visualization, and rafting for residential and hospitality projects.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities with a minor in Philosophy and Management from Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University (2014);
Tornike Okhanashvili

Tornike Okhanashvili joined Spectrum Architecture in 2024 as a 3D Designer. He contributes to architectural visualization and interior design projects, producing high-quality renderings and design solutions for both residential and commercial developments.
Previously, he worked as a 3D Visualizer/CG Artist at York Towers (2022–2024) and Studio 9 (2021–2022), creating visualizations for large-scale architectural projects. Earlier in his career, he served as an Interior Designer at BMC Georgia (2019–2021), Interior and Product Designer at TR Gallery (2017–2019), and Designer at New Light (2015–2017), gaining extensive experience across design disciplines.

Joined Spectrum Architecture as a 3D Visualizer in 2025. He has contributed to projects including Next Amani in Tatu City (Kenya) and a Private Villa in Erbil (Iraq).
He gained professional experience with Dodo Designs (2022–2025) as a 3D Visualizer, The Architects (2022) as an Interior Designer and Visualizer, and Amiran and Partners (2021–2022) on interior design projects and client consultations. Earlier in his career, he worked with Villa Park – “Decorissimo” (2017–2019) as a Decorator.
Skilled in 3D modeling, visualization, furniture design, and material selection, Giorgi combines technical expertise with creative thinking to deliver photo-realistic renderings and innovative interior solutions.
