The layout of the restaurant considers the diverse needs and interests of guests, proposing various seating arrangements and allocations. The restaurant hosts Stoke—a modern grill that positions itself as classic, reinvented; it reflects on primal cooking methods inspired by the Amazonia. This concept was integrated with Radisson Collection standards and the overall hotel architecture to create a unique ambiance that harmonizes with the overall design and responds to the needs and requirements of the guests.
