SPECTRUM has been invited to design a lifestyle hotel, with a high standard and level of design consideration that is commensurate with the company, culture and values.

About Project

Scope of Works includes the Concept Design and Architecture for the Lifestyle Hotel with the state of the art facilities which goes alongside the natural beauty of Yanbu. The design also should reflect the historic Architecture and the curious Heritage of the City of Yanbu as well. The Hotel combines living elements and activities and functional design. It’s more focused on public space than Guest Rooms. That public space in general include areas such as Lobby, roof top F&B Outlets, Lounges, Art center etc. We envision developing different functions in a way to take advantage of the site “strength”, respond to “weaknesses” and plan ahead for “opportunities” .

Resort aesthetics, traditional and natural elements, quirky details are used to create a memorable and demandable environment for different guest types. The building consists of G+3 floors. Huge atrium that creates a look through the hotel splits the building into two zones. On the ground floor are intellectually allocated public spaces. The guestrooms are situated in a manner to take advantage of the views, On each floor, both sides guests can look through the atrium. On the rooftop is created a terrace, with bar, lounge and infinity pool that creates unique and desirable space
