Spectrum introduces one of the special projects of traditional architecture “Villa Godoly”. It is a 54-room distinctive hotel, which is located in the Kakheti region, village Ruispiri. The village is known for its beautiful panoramic views of the Caucasus Mountains. The project area is 3,770 m².

Style of Traditional Architecture

Kakheti was the political and cultural center of Georgia. It is associated with local stone, unique Georgian brick, clay, and wood, which are highly distinctive and characteristic of the region. These elements were carefully considered in the creation of our project, where you will find Georgian ornaments and intricate furniture details that reflect the region’s rich heritage. All these details and nuances of traditional architecture harmoniously meet modern hotel standards.
The interior includes several interesting and functional zones, including a small museum on the basement floor. The museum shows exhibits from various cultural and historical eras. It allows guests to discover ancient traditions and works of art. The walls and columns are clad with bricks and stones that emphasize Georgian character. The wall paintings represent antiquity and a contemporary style together.

Concept

The concept for the reception area draws inspiration from a Georgian ancestral home. Georgia has an 8,000-year-old tradition of winemaking. This tradition is represented by the wine cellar and tasting room on the basement floor, where visitors find a distinctive and memorable experience. The concept of the hotel rooms aims to create a pleasant, warm environment that reflects the
feel of a Georgian peasant’s house. Old Georgian furniture details, traditional rugs, and light- colored walls combine seamlessly with  modern style, incorporating subtle traditional architecture elements and resulting in a unique ambiance

Additional Spaces

The “Villa Godoly” project also includes a lounge, a fireplace area, a restaurant, and waiting areas. These spaces mesh perfectly with the hotel’s historical and natural surroundings, creating an ideal retreat for guests seeking Georgia’s cultural authenticity.
Ancient and contemporary elements are merged in “Villa Godoly”. Guests receive an unforgettable experience with traditional architecture around them.
