Exterior and Interior Design

Nikoloz is an Architect with decades of professional experience, currently serving as Director of Art-House, an architectural and construction company he has led since 2005. He has contributed to the design and coordination of numerous residential, commercial, and public projects, integrating functionality and aesthetics into large-scale developments.

He previously held senior roles as Chief Architect and Project Coordinator with Cartu Management and Cartu Group (2007–2010), and as General Director of Studio Audiencia (2001–2005). Earlier in his career, he worked with leading Georgian architectural firms including Iberoni and Basilica, as well as the Georgian Technical University’s City Planning Bureau. Recognized for his work, he was awarded at the Chisinau Architectural Biennale. Experienced in architectural design, project coordination, and supervision.

He holds a degree in Architecture from the Georgian Technical University;

Joined Spectrum Architecture as a Graphic Designer in 2024. She develops creative concepts for branding, marketing, and digital content, designing visual materials such as logos, brochures, social media assets, and presentations.

She previously worked at Digital Door (2023–2024) as a Graphic Designer, where she gained experience in branding, campaign development, and production coordination. Gvantsa combines conceptual thinking with strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and innovative design outcomes.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications from the Free University of Tbilisi (2019–2023).

Joined Spectrum Architecture in June 2022 as a 3D Visualizer. Dimitri has contributed to various international projects including large-scale developments in Georgia, UAE, KSA, Africa, and beyond.

Prior to SPECTRUM, he gained extensive experience as a 3D Visualizer and Shading Artist with firms such as RenderThat GmbH (Germany), Omegarender (Ukraine), Surgula Studio, and Paralel Studio, as well as working on hospitality, residential, and commercial projects across Europe, Asia, and Australia. Alongside professional practice, he also trained and mentored in architectural visualization at GeoLab and taught 3D modeling and printing at Buckswood School.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tbilisi State University (2019) and is an Autodesk Fusion 360 Certified Specialist through the Georgian Innovation and Technology Agency. Skilled in 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization. Dimitri brings creative precision and technical expertise to Spectrum’s global design portfolio.

Ana joined Spectrum Architecture as a 3D Visualizer in 2023. She has contributed to the development of high-quality architectural visualizations, supporting design communication and presentation across diverse projects.

She gained initial professional experience in Tbilisi as an Interior Designer with TR Gallery (2017), where she worked on interior concepts and design execution. She brings creativity and technical precision to visual storytelling.

She holds a degree in Georgian Philology from the University of Georgia, Tbilisi.
