In Georgia, Spectrum Architecture has been honored to collaborate with internationally-recognized brands such as Radisson, Hyatt, Hilton, etc. Here is presented an overview of the selected and distinctive ones from our portfolio: 

1.     Tsinandali Radisson – The Spectrum team was honored to design the unique biodiverse façade of the hotel, which now serves as a defining feature of the hotel. Besides its design value, distinctive exterior of the building fosters inviting and healthy environment that bring back the visitors over and over again.

2.     Villa Godolly – another outstanding hospitality project in Kakheti region by Spectrum Architecture. Its concept draws inspiration from traditional noble Georgian architecture and carries the motifs of the country’s rich cultural heritage. The result is an unforgettable atmosphere that allows visitors to embrace genuine Georgian hospitality and experience 8,000-year-old wine-making traditions.

3.     Hyatt Rustaveli – a project to become one of architectural landmarks of Tbilisi due to its striking exterior. The façade of Hyatt Rustaveli represents the outcome of a long and joint effort of the Spectrum Architecture team. The team was tasked to design an exterior that would be the subtle blend of contemporary architecture with the traditional architectural character of the city.

4.     Canopy Hilton Tbilisi – another signature hospitality project of Spectrum Architecture in Tbilisi. The Spectrum team was dedicated its full creative effort to developing both architectural and interior design concept, which would ensure every guest experience warmth of a true home far away from home.

5.     Radisson Blu Batumi – the projects, which fully embodies the brand’s standards and philosophy. The Spectrum Architecture team crafted the building’s interior design with the aim of creating meaningful and memorable atmosphere for every guests.

6.     In the Adjarian region, in collaboration with NEXT Development, Spectrum Architecture has design architecture and interior design concepts for several hospitality projects, such as Next Collection, Next Address, and Next Gardens. These complexes have become regional landmarks for Adjarian tourism and hospitality sectors.

7.     Petra Resort – an extraordinary architectural masterpiece from Spectrum Architecture. This triplet tower successfully sustainability and luxury.
