Eagle Hills Showroom – a signature project by Spectrum Architecture that exemplifies the delicate balance between respecting cultural heritage and contemporary innovation. The showroom is situated in the historical building of Rustaveli Cinema, on Rustaveli Avenue, the main artery of Tbilisi.

The historical value of the building required an approach rooted in respect and precision, which compelled the Spectrum team to engage in extensive archival research and historical documentation analysis. Based on the finding of the investigation, the Spectrum’s architects consistently reconstructed the building’s authentic façade as it looked early 20th century.

Inside, the showroom embraces the spatial and functional language of contemporary design. Warm materials, refined lights, and open layouts create an inviting and business environment. The interior goes beyond the conventional notion of a showroom center and cultivate the platform for dialogue between architecture, urban vision, and community engagement. The exhibition zones present of Eagle Hills unprecedent real estate projects in Georgia: Tbilisi Waterfront and Gonio Yachts & Marina. In this zone visitors are allowed to see detailed physical models of the both projects. The installations invite to experience the projects’ architectural intent, scale, and environmental narrative.
