Modern Architecture – Paje Project in Zanzibar

Paje Resort is an example of modern architecture with a natural beauty of Zanzibar. It is located on the Zanzibar coast. The design offers a luxury experience. It consists of 25 villas where maximum comfort has been carefully considered. Spectrum also worked on various functional areas. Our designs include architectural and landscape elements for the restaurant, terrace, outdoor pool, bar, and landscaped gardens.

Design and Architecture

The goal of the project was to capture the cultural and exotic beauty of Zanzibar while emphasizing luxury. Spectrum conducted extensive research. The research revealed the local needs, architectural opportunities, unique characteristics of this coastal location.

The resort incorporates a minimalist concept of modern architecture. Meanwhile it reflects the traditional and cultural values of Zanzibar. The interior design is elegant, and the exterior embodies an exotic charm. Specific geometric shapes and natural materials were used in the design to make it easier to integrate the local environment and culture into the resort's aesthetic.
