Project Scope: Marine Architecture and Facade Design

SPECTRUM created a concept for the facade design of mid-rise buildings on Plot 2 and Plot 3 at Rashid Yachts and Marina. This Marine Architecture project balances luxury with functionality. It aligns with the cultural and architectural values of the marina. Every design decision reflects a high standard.

The design uses permanent, sustainable forms, textures, and shapes. Inspired by Marine Architecture, the concept uses a light, serene color palette. Decorative elements create a memorable atmosphere. The visual character reflects the waterfront setting.

Materials and Textures in Marine Architecture

Material selection is crucial for achieving the purposes and aims. Colours and materials harmonize with each other. We used light grey tempered glazing and aluminum composite panels for vertical elements. This adds a sophisticated, modern look to the facade. GRCs (glass-reinforced concrete) form horizontal divisions and sleek slab edges. Painted cement plaster finishes give durability and a marine-inspired look to the exterior.

Crafting visionary spaces, our design and development team combines creativity with precision, delivering architectural solutions that inspire and endure.
