Biophilic Architecture
Rain is one of the natural phenomena characteristic of subtropical cities. There are many hidden or overt messages embedded in the building as a whole, and each person may interpret them differently. The building consists of a base and a tower. The base is a 6-story rectangular volume, which merges proportionally with the tower in a cohesive design. Stylistically, it is a modern building, though its proportions and the arrangement of the architectural design on the facade planes are reminiscent of classical architecture.
Functionality
The tower section of the building is divided into three volumes, with the total structure featuring three-story, narrowed sections that visually distinguish themselves. Each volume serves a specific function. Every aspect of this development has been meticulously conceived to achieve a delicate balance that honors the classic architecture of old Batumi while setting a new standard for the future. The function is well presented in classic and contemporary architecture together.
