SPECTRUM is honored to announce that Next Collection, a multifunctional complex, has been awarded the prestigious Global Future Design Award 2024. Located in Georgia’s stunning Green Cape, Next Collection harmoniously merges architecture with the natural landscape, reflecting SPECTRUM’s commitment to organic and sustainable design.

The complex features three independent wings connected by a podium, and offers residents panoramic sea and botanical garden views, rooftop gardens, and carefully designed amenities, including a restaurant, bar, and pool.
