Architect

Job Summary:
Spectrum Architecture is seeking an experienced Architect to join our multidisciplinary design and construction team. The selected candidate will work across all project phases — from concept and schematic development to detailed design and construction documentation — while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams. This role requires strong design thinking, technical precision, and the ability to manage complex projects within defined timelines. The architect will also participate in site supervision to ensure design intent is maintained during construction.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare full permit, construction, and presentation packages across all project phases: conceptual, schematic, and detailed design
Communicate directly with clients and assist in developing clear project briefs
Prepare meeting minutes and documentation for both clients and interdisciplinary teams
Work on both individual and team-based architectural projects
Plan and execute project tasks within defined deadlines
Conduct author supervision on construction sites to ensure compliance with design intent

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
Experience working on complex and large-scale architectural projects
Experience in leading negotiations and communicating with clients
Strong communication skills in Georgian and English
Proficiency in Revit for drawing and BIM workflows
Knowledge of professional software: Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
