This strategic, client-facing role requires a professional who can build strong relationships, identify new opportunities across hospitality, corporate, and luxury residential sectors, and guide clients through Spectrum’s architecture and art consultancy services — from initial engagement to final contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies for Spectrum’s architectural services and Spectrum Art Consultancy.
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, ensuring quick, clear, and professional communication.
Lead client presentations and prepare tailored proposals for both architecture and art consultancy projects.
Identify and engage potential clients across hospitality, luxury residential, corporate, and cultural sectors.
Manage negotiations and contract processes for architectural services, art commissions, and design-to-installation projects.
Collaborate with creative, production, and project management teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Build partnerships with art fabricators, mosaic and tile producers, textile mills, glass and metal studios, and digital installation specialists.
Represent Spectrum at design fairs, art events, hospitality expos, and cultural forums to promote the firm’s services and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business development within art consultancy, architecture, interior design, luxury manufacturing, or hospitality sectors.
Demonstrated success in building client relationships, securing new business, and managing projects through completion.
Strong network within the art, design, or manufacturing industries (highly desirable).
Understanding of art production workflows — from design to fabrication and installation.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with confidence in leading client meetings.
Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
