Spectrum Architecture Reveals Eagle Hills Sales Office – A Blend of History and Modernity

Spectrum Architecture is excited to announce the official opening of the Eagle Hills sales office. The Spectrum team was privileged to work on the façade and interior design of this historical building, which carries the best traditions of modern Georgian architecture.

In pursuit of respecting the heritage, the Spectrum Architecture conducted comprehensive research of the building and its archives to avoid any rough intervention. As a result, façade regained its original architectural style and value.

The office, besides its primary sales function, serves as an immersive showroom – featuring the mockups of the future development projects. The sales office represents a part of $6.6 billion investments by EMAAR Properties under Eagle Hills brand, which is developing two real estate projects in Georgia.
