For Spectrum Architecture, 2025 marked many challenging and successful projects across commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors.

Over the course of the year, the practice commissioned 18 pivotal projects, ranging from a small but bespoken private residence to a large-scale masterplan and development of airport infrastructure.

The year’s portfolio includes four commercial projects, notably Eagle Hills Showroom in Tbilisi, and ENNE Showroom in Miami, along with four private residences and four mixed-use complexes.

Notably, mixed-use development has emerged as one of the leading pillars of the Spectrum Architecture’s expertise.

2025 set out for several distinguished projects, such as a 1.2 million square meters revolutionary masterplan project in Gonio, and an airport in Central Asia, marking a firm’s official entry in a new and complex sector.

Last, but not least, the firm designed two major hospitality projects and delivered two large-scale interior designs for the global brands.

This year also saw the continuous expansion of the firm’s footprint, and Armenia and Kazakhstan were added to the international project map.

To support this growth, the practice has strategically expanded its internal departments and aims to evolve into a comprehensive “one-stop-shop” capable firm, which delivers end-to-end design solutions.

As 2025 draws to close, Spectrum Architecture looks ahead to the new year with an even more ambitious vision and challenging projects.
