Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Urban Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring
strong expertise in sustainable urban development, regulatory compliance, and planning tools. This role involves close
collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and requires both technical proficiency and clear communication to deliver
impactful, well-integrated planning solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and environmental specialists to ensure cohesive, integrated planning strategies.
Adapt projects to meet Georgian regulatory requirements and lead the submission process for permits and approvals.
Ensure alignment with local legislation and international best practices in urban development.
Create visual planning materials—maps, diagrams, and presentations—to effectively communicate planning concepts.
Prepare technical documentation and detailed reports for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
5–10 years of professional experience in urban or regional planning, with a proven track record of completed projects.
Prior experience in international development or cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams.
Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, ArcGIS or QGIS, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
In-depth knowledge of sustainable planning principles, urban mobility, and land use policy.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with international frameworks such as UN-Habitat, World Bank, or EU planning standards is preferred.
